I understand that you are contacting us about the eligibility of students to work on oDesk. We appreciate your interest on writing a blog about oDesk. I would be happy to assist you with concern.
oDesk Platform is available only to legal entities and persons who are at least eighteen (18) years old and are otherwise capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law. A student may work on oDesk as long as they are above 18, have a reliable internet connection to do the online work and as long as they are able to balance their schedule between work and school.
